How can I track a package?
If you have already placed an order and would like to check the status of your package,
you can track the package by returning to your receipt page. If you did not
save your receipt page, you can return by clicking the link in your confirmation
e-mail.

As a print-on-demand publisher, your order will be printed specifically for you.
Paperback books are printed within approximately five business days, and then they are shipped via UPS
Ground from LaVergne, Tenn. If an order is place from overseas, your book(s) will
be printed and shipped from Milton Keynes, England. We offer UPS Next Day and Second
Day Air as shipping alternatives for an additional charge. When selecting the Next
Day or the Second Day Air option, the books will ship after the designated print
time. (Example, Second Day Air on a paperback book will arrive approximately seven
days after processing.)
International orders, including orders to Alaska and Canada via USPS Media Mail,
cannot be tracked or insured. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii via USPS Media Mail take
approximately two to four weeks, unless otherwise specified. Orders to Canada depend on
UPS Canada Ground Delivery Terms.
Due to the nature of our business, all orders are final and cannot be cancelled
or changed. Please check all shipping/billing
addresses, quantities and shipping options before submitting your order.
